What visitors say

Many visitors have found the structured, guided tours and knowledgeable staff create an organised and manageable experience, with the booking system allowing good advance planning. The small group sizes and clear website information support preparation. Entry is by guided tour only, which means flexibility on the day isn't possible; some visitors have noted the entrance signage could be clearer, and tour availability is limited, so booking well ahead is important for preferred dates.
