Reserve wheelchairs in advance by calling 01256 883858. Dogs allowed on short lead (assistance dogs welcome across site). Ground and first floors of house open daily 11am-3pm (subject to volunteer availability) until 1 November. Gardens last entry 4pm. Note: House closed Wed 24-Thu 25 June 2026 for volunteer wellbeing during extreme heat. Terrain varies significantly—woodland areas difficult to navigate; gardens have accessible hard paths. Supervise children near water features.

Free on-site parking for all visitors. Limited Blue Badge parking available. Drop-off point on south drive in front of house. Grass overflow car park closes during wet weather; hard standing used instead. Accessible toilet is 1,200m from car park.

Woodland paths have tree roots and can be muddy. Uneven paths in grounds at times. Deep water by main bridge—supervision needed. Tea-room accessible toilet is 1,200m from car park.
