No booking system in place – arrive as you wish. Open 7 days a week. Storybook Play Den (play area) closes at 5pm summer / 3:30pm winter. Small scooters and balance bikes permitted for children 5 and under. Assistance dogs welcome in all areas; other dogs welcome with restrictions (see dog walker's guide). Main gate closes at 5pm.
