All visits must be pre-booked as the museum is on an operational fire station site. Email museum@essex-fire.gov.uk to book. Open Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00-15:30. Museum sells drinks and snacks (tea, coffee, soft drinks, sweets, crisps) - card payments accepted. No food prepared on site.
